We are looking for a Recruiter to support the needs and challenges of attracting and acquiring talent for all of our plants in Quebec and Ontario as well as our Montreal head office (flexible location). Reporting to the Talent Acquisition and Development, HR Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to identify, attract and recruit the best talent to help the organization grow. You will work closely with on-site human resources managers as well as the management team to identify needs and plan and implement various solutions to promote EACOM as an employer of choice in schools and in the communities where we operate.
